SERVICES FROM HOME
Our virtual services are designed to meet you in the comfort of your own space. Whether you're seeking medication support or meaningful therapy, we offer personalized, evidence-based treatment through secure telehealth—so you can focus on healing without the commute.
Virtual Treatment Options
Medication Management
Collaborative care, designed for your real life.
Medication can be a powerful tool—but it’s not the only one. Our providers work with you to thoughtfully assess which medications (if any) are appropriate for your goals. We prioritize shared decision-making, clear communication, and ongoing support—so your plan evolves with you.
All visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Counseling
Therapy that centers on your values, not just your symptoms.
Our licensed professional counselor offers therapy that’s warm, practical, and designed to help you move forward. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, sport/performance and general life difficulties, we’ll work together to build the insight and tools you need to get unstuck.
***PLEASE NOTE: Our model of integrative virtual care is not a good fit for every person or diagnosis. We are always happy to provide you a list of our community partners if our services are not the next right step for you.
In-Person Treatment Options
DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY PROGRAM
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) The Foundation of Our Comprehensive Depression & Anxiety Program
TMS is an FDA-approved, non-medication treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It’s safe, non-invasive, and well-tolerated—without the systemic side effects commonly associated with antidepressants.
Is TMS right for you? Take the 60-second quiz.
‘‘The TMS Program at Thrive has released the paralysis of depression and anxiety. I'm doing the things I love again. I'm excited for my future and can honestly say I am thriving!”
- Actual Thrive TMS Patient
TMS is the foundation of our comprehensive in-person program - effective treatment for depression and anxiety.
Our 8 week program includes:
TMS treatments (administered in-office, 5 days per week)
*Weekly in-person medical check-ins with a Thrive psychiatric provider
*Therapeutic support sessions (in-person or virtual)
Education and support around core lifestyle pillars like sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress management
We take a collaborative, whole-person approach—because we believe lasting improvement comes from treating the root, not just the symptoms.
*we do not replace your current prescriber or counselor. We simply provide that extra layer of support as needed during our 8wk program
TMS may be a good fit if:
Medications haven’t worked well —or stopped working
You want to avoid medication side effects
You’re ready to try a different effective, evidence-based approach
TMS sessions are quick (typically 3–19 minutes), require no sedation, and are performed in-office at our McMinnville location.
*TMS is available only in person and is offered exclusively to residents of Yamhill County and the surrounding areas.
We’re in-network with most major insurers and will handle the paperwork so you can focus on your care—not the claims.
Counseling & Skills Training
Patients enrolled in TMS may be paired with a therapist as needed during the 8 week program. Therapy sessions may be held virtually or in person, depending on your needs and preferences. We work closely with you to build insight, teach coping skills, and support meaningful progress. If you already have a therapist, you will continue to see your therapist as scheduled. We are here to simply provide an extra layer of therapeutic support during the program if you need it!
Weekly PMHNP Check-ins
As part of your care, you’ll meet weekly in person with one of our psychiatric provider during a TMS session. These check-ins allow us to track your progress, address any concerns, and tailor your treatment as needed. While we won’t be prescribing medication for you, we often make medication recommendations for you to discuss with your prescriber.
Pillars of Health Education
We incorporate practical tools and education around sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress—all of which play a vital role in long-term mental wellness. Our goal is to empower you with practical strategies that support healing both during and beyond treatment.
Please note: While some aspects of your care (like therapy) may occur virtually, the core components of this program—particularly TMS and medical oversight—are in person. That’s why this program is listed under our in-person services.

Spravato® (Esketamine)
Nasal Ketamine Treatment
At Thrive Integrative Psychiatry, we offer Spravato® (nasal ketamine)—an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depression with suicidal thoughts. It works through a different brain pathway than traditional antidepressants, often bringing relief within hours or days instead of weeks. Spravato is covered by most insurance plans. Many patients report renewed energy, clarity, and motivation after treatment - like hitting a “reset” button.
“Spravato is one of the few treatments I’ve seen that can shift the landscape of depression this quickly. Every patient deserves a reset — a chance to feel good again. Spravato helps make that possible.”
- Jennifer Behnke, Thrive Integrative Psychiatry Medical Director
Frequently Asked Quesitons
Spravato® is a groundbreaking option for individuals who haven’t found relief with traditional antidepressants. At Thrive Integrative Psychiatry, treatments are provided right here in McMinnville, OR in a calm, supportive environment with full monitoring and guidance throughout every session.
“Depression robbed me of everything and it almost robbed me of my life. It was a constant battle just to do normal things. I wasn’t really living, just going through the motions.
My doctor started talking about these new ways to help people with treatment-resistant depression like SPRAVATO® and I was hopeful for the first time in a long time. Since starting SPRAVATO® I feel like I’m waking up from depression, like I’ve been trapped in one part of my mind for a long time and now I’m going outside, I’m talking to the neighbors, I’m walking my dog. I have access to myself, my creativity. It’s like I can see the world around me and how beautiful the people in my life are.
I really want people to know that even if oral antidepressants didn’t work for them, they should not give up. If I could have had SPRAVATO® years ago, that would have been wonderful. I’m living life definitely to its fullest now.”
